By consciously exploring nature, embodied learning from mystical and kincentric ecological approaches, and sharing old and new practices that (re)connect us, Roots to Rise strives to restore our connection to the earth, ourselves, and the Source, and to protect and nurture all life.

Deep ecology reminds us that we are not spectators of life, but are inextricably linked to it. The separation between our inner and outer worlds blurs. You learn to listen to the intelligence of the living whole and discover how caring for the earth coincides with caring for yourself.

 

​Sufism points to an inner path of love, devotion, and refinement of consciousness. Through silence, poetry, ritual, and embodied practice, we deepen our connection with the heart—the place where knowing and being converge. Not by striving for an ideal, but by remembering who you are.
